Roasted chickpeas

W H A T Y O U N E E D :

- 1 can of chickpeas

- few springs of rosemary

- garlic salt

- cayenne pepper

- salt

- 2 cloves of garlic

- olive oil

D I R E C T I O N S :

- set your oven to 200 degrees C

- rinse chickpeas well with water

- dry the chickpeas in a dish towel - this helps remove the skins as well

- drizzle olive oil on a baking tray

- place chickpeas on baking tray and season with cayenne pepper, salt and garlic salt

- sprinkle your chopped up garlic and rosemary over the chickpeas

- place in the oven for 25 mins or until brown and crispy

- while they are in the oven move them around.

- allow to cool for +- an hour
